His background centres around two major “blue chip” Industrial and Engineering distribution companies that supplied some 40,000 different sku’s in their product range. Whist diverse, Ross held extensive senior management roles in sales, contracts and multiple Branch network development throughout Victoria. Most of his 30 years experience and acumen revolved around exceptional customer service to both the end-users and the wholesale/trade market. Building a strong relationship and rapport within the customer base is a major strength in any business and Ross looks forward to developing and fostering those relationships across Victoria and Tasmania.
